Over the years Cumbria CVS has worked closely with the Volunteer Centre South Lakeland to strengthen volunteering in Cumbria. Due to the Volunteer Centre South Lakeland sadly closing on 31st March 2010, Cumbria CVS has integrated the valuable work of the Volunteer Centre South Lakeland into the core work that CVS delivers in order to continue to support individuals into volunteeting and spread good practice for volunteer Managers.
